Terms of Service — Dashboard

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Onix Digital Social Media Dashboard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Onix Digital, a digital marketing agency based in Mexico City, Mexico.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides social media management tools including but not limited to:

OAuth-based authentication with third-party social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Content uploading and publishing to connected social media accounts
Viewing account statistics and video libraries
Managing social media content on behalf of authorized users

3. User Accounts and Authorization

Access to the Service is restricted to authorized users of Onix Digital. Users must authenticate via a password provided by the Service administrator. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Third-Party Platform Integration

The Service integrates with third-party platforms through their official APIs. By connecting a social media account, you authorize the Service to access and manage content on your behalf within the scope of permissions granted during the OAuth authorization process. You may revoke access at any time through the Service's "Disconnect" feature or directly through the third-party platform's settings.

5. Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload and publish through the Service. Content must comply with the terms of service of the respective social media platforms. The Service does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content.

6. Data Handling

The Service stores OAuth tokens and basic account information necessary for operation. Uploaded content is temporarily stored during the upload process and is not retained after successful publication. For details on data handling, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Onix Digital shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to: failed uploads, content publication errors, or third-party API changes.

8. Modifications

Onix Digital reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Service interface.
